Biography
Mr. Peterson has a broad range of experience representing clients in complex commercial and construction litigation, corporate formations, mergers, acquisitions, contract negotiations and disputes, as well as real estate transactions for some of the largest commercial, hospitality, casino, and residential projects in Nevada.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Brigham Young University, Mr. Peterson continued his education at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law where he graduated summa cum laude and served as an editor on the Nevada Law Journal.
Mr. Peterson has been licensed since 2009 and is licensed and practices in all courts in the State of Nevada.
